The purpose of this study is to design and implement a system that protects and keeps active sessions between transitions of different physical layers in TCP/IP protocol. To achieve connectivity in any place at any time, mobile hosts have more than one network interface. These interfaces might be connected through different network technologies and may be up or down at different times. With this study, it will be possible to switch between the following three access technologies: Wireless LAN, LAN, Dial-up with user-configured policies.en
