The isotopic content and distribution in molecules from plants and animals are influenced by environmental factors and synthetic routes, and thus can be used to trace the origin of a given compound by comparison with a chemically identical molecule coming from another source. Turkey is located in the ranks 6th in the world, and 4th in Europe in the grape production, after Italy, USA, China, Spain, and France. The produced grape was used for table with a percentage of 52.8 %, raisins with a percentage of 36.3 %, and wine with a percentage of 10.8 in our country in 2010. Although the control of these grape and grape products produced plenty is very important any isotopic analysis has not been done to grapes grown in our soil to differentiate regionally so far. Climatic factors have a significant impact particularly in plants on deuterium content in isotopic fractionation. (D/H) I and (D/H) II results obtained from SNIF-NMR have been largely coincided with grape and grape molasses samples grown in the same region, and it is observed that these values have been compatible with region generated by us using meteorological data. Grape molasses and grape samples have been differentiated regionally with this study done by us firstly. In addition, it is observed that the deuterium content of grape molasses has been richer than raisins.en
