Abstract
In this paper, error performance analysis of relay selection in orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) based amplify-and-forward (AF) relaying two-way cooperative communication systems is examined over frequency selective Nakagami-m fading channels. In the selection process, we investigate a simple suboptimal min-max criterion f'or relay selection, where a single relay that minimizes the maximum bit error rate (BER) of' two source nodes will be selected. Also, the effect of' relay positioning is examined. Results show that BER performance of proposed system increases with the number of' relays and also, is enhancing with the increase of the value of fading parameter m.
