Özet
A new dimension of biodiversity started a discussion about, hope / satisfaction / suspect of human beings. Agricultural biodiversity is a topic which includes all of the corresponding components of agriculture and ecosystem functions. If the agriculture-ecosystem functions are thought of together in the case of sustainability, animals, plants, microorganisms have a key function on the level of,genetics-practice-ecosystem for species and diversity. Optimisation and increasing productivity at natural resources, environment and social standards will be obtained basically by well-organised regulations and the continuity of bioengineering. But instead of these advantages some cases, like the controlling and monitoring of new products, services and processes, should be guaranteed for social safety and ethics. These are the basic dimensions of production and domestication in agriculture and part of,,planned agricultural diversity. All of these positive realities like creating new recourses, increasing the productivity and resistance, and there are discussions about negative effects on natural fauna and flora population of biodiversity or biomodification researches. Modem biotechnology -especially with transgenic plants- is on a level that affects the traditional agricultural economy of countries. Transgenic microorganisms have an important function as,cellular factories against environmental pollution. Also transgenic animals and trees are other potential suspected agents of guilty effects. Not only does modem biotechnology increase the economic productivity of industry but also it affects the dependence of underdeveloped countries to others. In other cases some biotechnological non-controlled open area researches cause risks like the destruction of ecoflora and agriculture and the loss of the endemic structures. So it has still suspected damaging effects on the loss of biological varieties or ecological poverty by biotransformation. The aim is not permitted that it will be a,political rodeo and focusing on this subject in increased level especially in the last two years, for having, scientific and social safety and protection of hazards. These actual realities will be discussed in outline in this paper.
