AN INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF MOBBING BEHAVIOURS

Abstract

In this study first of all, mean of Mobbing and historical improvement of it was searched. Then it is explained why it occurs at company and how it affects the people working in a company. Specific behavior styles in Mobbing are examined. At this study effect of Mobbing behaviors on women is examined. The most effective class of Mobbing behaviors is searched by a survey. Results of survey are assessed according to Nominal Group Technique and the most effective class found. Then, another survey which includes Mobbing behaviors of classes separately is done and tried to find the most effective Mobbing behaviors. The result of new survey is assessed both with Nominal Group Technique and ANP. It's seen that both techniques have given the same results. Consequently the most effective Mobbing Behavior Class and behavior are found by this study. Keywords: Mobbing, human psychology, nominal group technique, ANP.
