dc.description.abstractIn this study, pinch-point design approach was used for the target area of a heat exchanger network consisting of two different types of heat exchangers, i.e. 1-1 shell-and-tube, and 1-2 shell-and-tube for which the data were obtained from the literature. DarboTEK computer code written in Visual Basic programming language was employed for this purpose.en
