Effective emergency management in the shipyard industry necessitates a systematic approach to evaluating and prioritizing emergency response plans. This is critical for the appropriate selection of alternatives to correctly manage emergencies during and after disaster processes, as well as the timely implementation of aid interventions. This study proposes a comprehensive model for evaluating the sustainability of disaster management practices in the shipyard industry. The proposed Sustainability Disaster Management model integrates multiple criteria decision-making techniques to assess the environmental, economic, and social dimensions of disaster management strategies. This study proposes an integrated approach to prioritize the criteria for disaster management and aggregate the preference decision matrix. The method involves constructing an effective emergency response system task network utilizing fuzzy Logarithm Methodology of Contribution Weights (LMAW). This computational approach assesses the sustainability of disaster management practices across workplace divisions and derives importance weightings based on this assessment. It then integrates these weightings into the Weighted Aggregate Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method extended with spherical fuzzy sets to rank alternative workplace segments disaster management strategies. The analysis results indicate that A1, corresponding to Shipyard Dock G1, emerges as the highest-priority operational zone, achieving a score of 0.883. Following closely, Areas A2 and A3, representing Shipyard Dock G2 and Shipyard Dock T1 respectively, constitute the second and third most significant operational zones, with scores of 0.881 and 0.858.en
