Özet

A novel multifunction transadmittance-mode (TAM) fractional-order analog filter (FOAF) is presented in this paper. The proposed TAM-FOAF is capable of realizing fractional-order low-pass filter (FOLPF), high-pass filter (FOHPF), and all-pass filter (FOAPF) responses within a single topology. The circuit employs a single modified voltage differencing transconductance amplifier (MVDTA), which is built using Arbel-Goldminz cells, and a single grounded fractional-order capacitor (FOC). The FOC is realized using the Valsa RC network. The proposed TAM-FOAF is simulated in SPICE, utilizing the parameters of TSMC 0.18 mu m CMOS technology with a supply voltage of +/- 0.9 V. The filter's functionality is validated for various orders. Furthermore, its electronic tunability is demonstrated by adjusting the biasing voltage of the MVDTA, enabling different pole frequencies to be achieved. The proposed design has a power consumption of 885 mu W. To assess the circuit's robustness, Process-Voltage-Temperature (PVT), Monte Carlo, noise, and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) analyses are performed. In addition, the stability is examined theoretically, and the sensitivities of the transfer functions to various circuit parameters are analyzed through MATLAB simulations.
