| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the synthesis of zinc borate was carried out by the reaction of zinc oxide and boric acid in the presence of kerosene and seed. The effects of reaction conditions as reaction time and reactant ratio on yield were investigated. Optimum points for each parameter were determined. In conclusion, it was seen that changing reaction conditions affected the hydrophobicity of zinc borate. | en |
