Abstract
Electrical vehicles have been rising its popularity recently and becoming a rival for internal combustion engine vehicles. That is why electrical vehicles are accepted as the vehicles of future around the world. However, there are some restrictions on being widespread in a short time. Especially, the charging time and driving distance are in the most important reasons. As a result, DC fast charging systems that allows faster charging on high power values have developed. On the other hand, because these systems need high power for fast charging, they result in various problems for the electrical grid. For this reason, to minimize the negative effects of the DC fast charging systems to the grid, supporting the systems hybrid with local energy resources is aimed. In this study, a new structure that is more economic and small sized, is proposed in a DC fast charging system which is hybrid supplied by renewable energy resources. Thus, a new V2V topology included power system substructure is produced.
