The human body is able to communicate and interact with the outside world through receptors that surround the whole body. We can examine these receptors according to their functions in five different branches known as Mechanoreceptors, Thermoreceptors, Nociceptors, Photoreceptors and Chemoreceptors. When the central nervous system has been exposed to abnormal conditions, central nervous system responds to the receptors differently. In this respect it is possible to identify some of central nervous diseases, if somatosensory that are placed all over the subject human body is stimulated and the responses of subjects are recorded and analyzed. In order to demonstrate this, we have designed a new system that stimulate the receptors on fingers. During the test, the system asks some questions to the subjects and answers are recorded to be evaluated by the help of a desktop software developed.en
