dc.description.abstractToday, the use of mobile technology is inevitable. Since 2005, it is noteworthy that a growing number of smart phones and tablets. When current statistics are examined, there are more than two billion smartphone users worldwide. According to applications in the world, mobile devices are widely used in education and the budget allocated to mobile learning applications seems to have increased day by day. In this study, Stress Management Awareness training designed for public transport drivers was given in the mobile learning environment and it was researched whether the participants differed according to the demographic characteristics of acceptance level and acceptance level of mobile learning. The research was conducted with 116 public transport drivers whose average age was 38.5. At the end of the learning period, the technology acceptance model scale was applied to determine participants' acceptance levels of mobile learning. At the end of the research, the place of mobile learning in in-service training for adults and whether the acceptance of mobile learning differs according to age will be discussed.en
