dc.description.abstractIn this study the detection of human existence and activity status, detected implementation of meaningful signals with predefined scenarios from image frames, which is taken from camera were studied. Detected by image processing methods of the hand motion analysis is performed. Detected hand movement and air conditioner have been achieved and remote control of air conditioner by hand have been provided.en
