| dc.description.abstract | In this study, we investigated the effect of organizational justice and psychological capital on job performance. Our dependent variable is job performance and independent variables are organizational justice and psychological capital. According to result of the study, in which participated 117 employee on survey, it has seen that there is a significant effect of both psychological capital and organizational justice and their types on job performance. Also it has founded that psychological capital is more effective on job performance than organizational justice. | en |
